John P. Inglesino

John P. Inglesino is the Managing Partner, and a founding partner, of Inglesino, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC. Mr. Inglesino concentrates his practice in the areas of government law, where he represents municipalities, counties and state agencies; land use/redevelopment and real estate, where he represents private sector clients; and governmental affairs.

One the public side, Mr. Inglesino is the Township attorney for Parsippany-Troy Hills, Morris County’s largest municipality. Active in the New Jersey League of Municipalities, Mr. Inglesino serves as an Associate Counsel. He also serves as planning board attorney, sewer utility counsel and special counsel for the Borough of Florham Park. Mr. Inglesino serves as planning board attorney for the Town of Morristown and Special Redevelopment Counsel for Morristown. Mr. Inglesino also serves as special counsel to the Borough of Lopatcong and the City of Rahway. He also serves as General Counsel for the Morris County Insurance Fund where he provides a broad range of counsel and manages all litigation. He also serves as the attorney for the New Jersey North Jersey District Water Supply Commission.

Mr. Inglesino was recently named one of the Top 100 “powerful people” in New Jersey by Politicker NJ for 2013. He was also recently named in the “Power 100” list by NJBIZ. Mr. Inglesino‘s name appears in “Best Lawyers in America”, 2013 and 2014 editions.

Mr. Inglesino has over twenty years of experience representing many of New Jersey’s largest developers. Mr. Inglesino regularly appears before planning boards, zoning boards and other governmental entities on behalf of his clients. Mr. Inglesino guides his clients through the cumbersome approval process that exists in New Jersey. He is well versed in New Jersey’s redevelopment law and counsels his clients regarding the legal and practical aspects of the redevelopment process.

Mr. Inglesino served as Chief Counsel to the Federal Monitor of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (“UMDNJ”). Mr. Inglesino was responsible for, among other things, compliance of the Monitor’s responsibilities under the Monitor’s Agreement with UMDNJ and the Deferred Prosecution Agreement between the US Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey and UMDNJ. Mr. Inglesino works with his law partner, Lisa Taylor on healthcare matters.

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Inglesino devotes a portion of his time to Impact NJ, LLC, where he is “of counsel”. Mr. Inglesino works as a registered governmental affairs agent. He represents clients before various State agencies and departments, assisting them to achieve desired results.

Mr. Inglesino also has a distinguished record of public service. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Public Broadcast Authority, having been appointed by Governor Chris Christie. He also serves on Governor Christie’s School Funding Task Force.

Mr. Inglesino served as an elected member of the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders from March 2001-December 2007. As a Freeholder, Mr. Inglesino served as Freeholder liaison to various County departments and agencies. He served as chairman of the Morris County Insurance Fund. He was the force behind the creation of the Morris County Improvement Authority, which has saved taxpayers millions of dollars since its inception. Mr. Inglesino is the former Mayor of Rockaway Township, Morris County, New Jersey (1996-2002) and former Rockaway Township Councilman (1994-1995).

Mr. Inglesino earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1990. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Ithaca College in 1986. He is married to Amy and has two daughters, Lauren and Jaime.
