MATTHEW P. POSADA
Matthew P. Posada is an associate at Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC. Mr. Posada concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, real estate, zoning, land use, regulatory and government affairs, and municipal law. Mr. Posada also advises clients on a variety of matters including corporate formation, transfer of development rights, personal injury, and workers’ compensation.
Mr. Posada represents property owners and developers in obtaining residential, commercial and mixed-use land use approvals before municipal and county Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment. He has experience in all aspects of the development approval process, including the review and analysis of site plans, preparation of development applications and notices, and the presentation of applications before municipal and county Boards.
In addition, Mr. Posada provides assistance to municipal clients and redevelopers in connection with the redevelopment process. Mr. Posada assists clients in drafting and negotiating long-term tax exemption applications and agreements, developer agreements, lease agreements, deeds of dedication and related project development agreements with public entities.
Mr. Posada also has experience defending public entities against workers’ compensation claims and defending public schools against administrative law claims.
Prior to joining this firm, Mr. Posada was an associate at Netchert, Dineen & Hillmann where his practice areas included workers’ compensation, personal injury, zoning, and land use. Mr. Posada previously clerked for the Honorable Alvaro L. Iglesias, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County.
While attending Rutgers University School of Law, Mr. Posada served on the Securities Law Moot Court team and was an active volunteer for the Pro Bono Bankruptcy Project earning him the Dean’s Pro Bono Award for Exceptional Service.
